Cecilia at Helloworld Travel OakLeigh organised the perfect holiday for my family, to a beautiful resort at Krabi Beach in Thailand. With very particular requirements around dietary restrictions as well as wanting a perfect holiday, Cecilia was patient and understanding and quickly identified a good value opportunity to enjoy a long holiday at a luxury resort. The resort catered for every dietary requirement we had, including the challenging low FODMAP restrictions, such that the whole family could enjoy our time in Thailand. Thanks Cecilia!

If i could give 0 stars i would. we got quoted an absurd amount for our travel insurance and to top it off paid top dollar for our flights for Christos to not include our seats . I also dealt with a racist remark in the process which is appalling and unprofessional.

Tried asking advice over the phone, no help. Rude, impatient, not helpful at all. Said I should look on the internet because it’s common sense, if you can’t be bothered giving advice about the industry you’re meant to be the expert in, then change careers, pathetic.
