Have been trying to get an answer to an email but it’s like squeezing blood out of a stone. Safeway travel made a mistake on a booking for my elderly parents, they are blaming my parents, it’s very unfair. My parents were clients for 20 years! What’s the point of a travel agent if they drop you like hot cake in an unusual situation?

Milla and her team are experienced travel agents, which is not always a given. They are especially good if you have a complicated fare and/or restrictions. Years ago, I was encouraged to go a friend's cousin who had just started out as a travel agent - big mistake, as she didn't know all the ropes. I'm confident Milla and her team do know all the ropes, and make travel seamless.
