Lovely driver picked us up from our accommodation and took us to the Maldon hotel. Told the driver on the way back we didn’t know where the street was because we weren’t local, assumed he knew where he was going! He headed in the wrong direction until I said this didn’t look familiar so he turned around, still went in the wrong direction then decided to put his GPS on! He kept the meter running the whole time then had the nerve to charge a surcharge on the credit card. Very poor customer service! Cost us $28 to get there and $40 on the way back!

Short story. Lovely taxi driver took me to Harcourt for airport shuttle bus. I left behind a small music stand behind in its slim black bag. At end of her shift taxi driver informed me bag was at the depot. 9 days later back from NSW trip, same driver reminded me about bag. Went into Castlemaine to pick it up. Phoned them re their depo location they told me "don't worry, just tell us where U are and we will drop it off to you." And that is what happened! A different, equally lovely female driver found me and gave me back my music stand. "I know how iimportant music stands can be." She said ♥️

I prebooked a taxi 4 days earlier from Castlemaine to harcourt for a wedding. On the way there no one turned up, we had to call and check our booking which was not in the system. When we got dropped off in Harcourt we told the taxi we would want to be picked up at 11 to return to Castlemaine. So at this point we had my prebooked taxi and the one we had reconfirmed. No taxi turned up after the wedding. It’s unbelievable that the taxi could miss 2 bookings. While the radio was on on the way back we could hear that they missed another booking for a party of 16 too so this isn’t a one off. I wouldn’t trust this taxi company as far as I could throw them. Absolutely awful customer service.

My underage daughter caught a taxi tonight, they took her the long way, PAST the street and around the block extending the drive by approx 3 extra kms. The driver then argued with her regarding price and dropped her and her friend off at the bottom of the drive, instead of taking them up the over 200m long drive a late on a Saturday night. I would never recommend using this service.
