5 stars all day everyday!!! Highly recommend. Food was full of flavour and high quality. The staff were fantastic and the atmosphere is chill and casual while still stylish. The wine I had was very yummy. They let us try whatever we wanted before we picked what we wanted to drink. I travelled for the weekend and will definitely be returning to show more people!

Beautiful cellar door! Really great atmosphere and set up perfectly. The guy behind the bar wasn’t overly good at explaining the wines, but also not pretentious, big plus! The wines themselves are interesting… we did find one, the fiano, worth buying.
We’d love to come back and dine.

4 of us had lunch here yesterday and it was nothing short of awesome. The food was absolutely delicious - we all had vegetarian options and they were easily able to cater to gluten free also.
The attention to detail and fullness in flavour was so well done. Our gluten free friend said they were the best gnocchi she’d ever had. The staff were also so friendly and warm. Well done team we’ll be back.

My wife and I stayed in Castlemaine for a week getaway and visited Boomtown Wines. Located in the historic Mill precinct, it was a great spot for an afternoon wine tasting! The lady who served us (sorry, I’ve forgotten her name but she was from Michigan!) was lovely and very personable!
The wine tasting was $15, which was redeemable on bottles…which we took advantage of!
Will visit again next time we’re in Castlemaine and highly recommend!
