Just got back from a holiday to Bali with TJ TRAVEL group. If your looking for an adventure and some fun, then look no further, TJ is the right place for you!
Zeynep and Tijen abla are absolutely amazing, and went out of their way, to make sure the tour ran smoothly. They went above and beyond to cater for everyone. I absolutely loved being a part of such an amazing group. The ease of having a bus and everything taken care of made my trip stress free. Thank you to Zeynep and Tijen abla for everything. I'll be looking forward to our next tour

Terrible customer service! Never booking again with them. They’re rude, liars and scammers. Avoid this agency if you want a peace of mind when you travel overseas!!
We got stuck when we travelled to Lebanon as Turkish airlines canceled our flight from Beirut to Istanbul. When we contacted Turkish airlines they told us to contact our travel agency which is TJ Travel Centre, after many attempts to call them, Zeynep answered us and she was very rude on the phone and she was yelling at us and blaming us because our flight was canceled from the airline that she booked us with!! However when we talked to the manager Tijen she gave us three options to choose a solution so we can get out of the country. After we chose one of the tough options she offered us and we found our way to mersin then samsun and we asked her to book us tickets from samsun to Istanbul as she promised in her email, she refused and ignored her promises and told me on the phone that she won’t pay anything!! And whenever i talk to Turkish airlines they keep telling me that they can only reimburse me through my agency!! What a scammer what a what of money what a waste of time!!!!! A 5 star rating for TJ travel for providing exceptional customer service. Recently went on all ladies tour. It was so well organised. Zainab and TJ were amazing. Looked after the whole group so well. Accommodation, location and tours were amazing. I am a regular customer of theirs and they never let me down, they always provide their best service possible. Thank you team TJ travel.

Terrible service be very wary before booking through TJ Travel. My wife booked our family trip to Turkey through the agency in the hope the agent would be proactive and helpful if there were any changes that may be needed. We called as an emergency needed us to return back to home earlier than the return date Tijen replied with a costing of $2000 pp extra to return earlier. She obviously sold us the cheapest tickets with no flexible or assurance of possible changes and never mentioned the conditions to us.
Never again will we book anything with TJ Travel.

Do not book with this agent. Tried to contact them when we were away & no response via message what’s app email or call …. They don’t want to know about it if there is no money to be made for them. Also do NOT travel with Turkish Airlines terrible terrible seats & service.
