If you're keen to escape the trap of foreign-owned and made fast fashion, this guided walking tour is the perfect starting point. Donna and Briar led an amazing tour that took us to the stores of some of Melbourne's supremely talented fashion designers and milliners.

We were able to meet many of the designers, who generously took the time to explain the process and philosophy behind their brands and products to us. And Donna and Briar were on hand to help us understand what fabrics and cuts would suit our shapes and our lifestyles.

A glass of sparkling to start the tour and a delicious lunch half way through kept us happy and energised.

It was an amazing afternoon and I'd recommend the tour to both Melbournians and out-of-towners. Thanks Donna and Briar!
