Filthy, disgusting, place next to noisy train line with noisy pub on premises. Staff behaviour unacceptable. Uninterested in any complaints, room was filthy but they refused to check it because they trust their cleaners and know they do a good job. Arrived late with young children, went and ate at the other pub in town then back to the room to sleep. |Worst night I have ever experienced in a motel.|Bugs in bed, hairs all over the bathroom floor and toilet, filthy fridge, phone, bin, window, glasses, door handle etc. |This was my worst ever hotel experience and I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many types of accommodation. |A disgrace of a place run by abusive, bullying, unprofessional staff and management.

This was the email reply I received after I cancelled our booking for 2 rooms due to illness . I gave 5 days notice to cancel|I cannot believe this was their reply. And when I called to speak to the manger about it I was told Josh, who sent the email is the manager !! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. We will never stay there and we won’t be recommending it to anyone.

We were probably unlucky being Easter weekend and multiple footy matches on, although the room was great the noise from the pub (or could have been other guests) was awful. Groups of men swearing at the top of their voices for hours late into the night (until at least 1am). Sadly the pub garden is right next to the rooms. I guess it’s pot luck if you decide to stay here whether you get the idiots we did, it’s a risk due to the close location of the pub.

Nice location close to town and next door to the pub. Room was spacious, clean and had a continental breakfast included in the room. My only fault was the bed was two put together and one was higher than the other. Would stay there again.

Great value and room was very clean! The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable and had a big TV. Kitchenette was great, and the included toast and juice for breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to 2 pubs for dinner. Undercover parking available outside each door. Bathroom was big and very clean, great shower. Only downside is, it's very noisy, between the constant freight trains going past a short distance away, and the pub next door, it is loud. But other than that, a great spot to stay.

We were very impressed with the facilities, a spacious, clean comfortable room. The inclusion of the continental breakfast was very welcome helping us get an early start. After 6 weeks of travel and being the last night for us it was very restful for our trip home. The pub next door was a bonus, reasonably priced drinks and having a discount available due to our stay at the motel next door was appreciated. Meals were good too

Really pleased with our choice. Very nice modern room, modernised and very clean. Very nice to get juice, cereal and toast supplies in room. Fabulous hot shower. Huge TV. Walk over to the pub with a 10% discount. The pub was very friendly and we had a great meal at the Harvest restaurant in the pub. Very pleasant stay all round!

Clean and well organized! Parking provided. Really good customer service as well. Check-in was possible till 12 midnight and the staff was really nice to offer us a late checkout till 11am. Room has all what you need. Small breakfast offering(tea, coffee,juice,cereal and toast) adds more value to the already good price. You also can buy food from the adjoining pub and restaurant. You get a 10% off if you are a guest at the motel. Food and service was fantastic. Will definitely return.
Overall perfect place to stay and start your winery adventures!
