If you can get through the phone to someone, be okay with not being offered a call back, be okay with feeling rushed and like you're seriously inconveniencing them, have an extra $800+ to throw at a ticket, then yeah, I guess they're okay. For me however, this was a waste of time and extreme lack of customer service. Disappointing considering I was recommended them by a friend.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank Kon Kavalakis from Grecian Tours.
Kon is a humble and genuine person that is nothing short of a master in the travel industry.
My journey to undertake HSCT in Russia would never have been so seamless from a travel perspective if it wasn’t for Kon from Grecian Tours.

Kon worked tirelessly dealing and networking with many key air flight partners including the Vice President of Qatar in Australia, explaining and fighting for my cause to get me back home safely & quickly post such an intense treatment. Throughout this stressful period he not only kept my family and I in the loop however was efficient and effective in booking and re-booking cancelled flights (due to Covid -19) with ease and not just getting me to Hospital on time for my treatment but also back home as soon as my treatment ended.

I will always hold Kon Kavalakis and Grecian Tours in high regards for the role they have played in my HSCT journey.

I will always use Kon and Grecian Tours for all my travels moving forward, I urge you all to do the same as you will never find a person like Kon in whom truly cares for his customers.
