Very dirty, old and nothing like the pictures. Washing machine, dryer and shower head all broken in both rooms that were rented. Bugs, broken power points, fans. Looked like the apartment hadn’t even been looked at for weeks. Was also disappointing that the reception staff were shocked and tried to act like that couldn’t be possible when mentioned in check out.
I would absolutely spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower didn’t work properly, and the entire room was covered in mold. The smell was unbearable, like someone had been living there for weeks without any cleaning. I had to go out and buy room spray just to mask the stench enough to get through the night. Cobwebs in the corners, grime on every surface—this place was filthy beyond belief. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here.

For what they charge, this is highway robbery. This place is subpar, disgusting, and completely misrepresented online. I later found a review mentioning the same issues, and that a staff member admitted the government had been paying them to house the homeless, which explained the awful stench. Apparently, they ‘can’t afford’ proper cleaning, but they still charge absurd rates like it’s a 4-star hotel! The photos online are seriously outdated and should be removed immediately—they don’t reflect the reality of this dump.

I’ve stayed in hotels in third-world countries that were cleaner and better maintained than this. Save yourself the nightmare and look elsewhere.”

I am currently staying here, just for one night, thank goodness. Very, very dirty. There are questionable stains on the couch cushions and bedding. Both inside the kitchen cupboards and fridge look like they haven’t had a wipe down in years. There are huge patches on the carpet throughout that honestly look like blood stains and it’s creeping me out. Bloody fingerprints on the blinds. Cobwebs everywhere. I can’t relax because I feel like anything I touch in this place will give me some sort of infection. The walls need a paint, there are scruff marks and holes everywhere. No screens on the windows so you can’t even open them without letting flies and bugs inside. Good location, that’s basically it.

Absolutely discussing, we had to book this in a hurry as our accommodation was cancelled from another place, so we didn't get a chance to research. I can not believe this place is aloud to operate in the condition it's in, filthy walls, dust, cobwebs and mould, not to mention the state of the skirting boards. I couldn't close my bedroom window and was to scared to turn the air conditioning on in case we were breathing in mould (it looked 100years old) dishwasher was dirty on arrival. From the parking underneath to the rooms was a filthy death trap as the path had loose tiles and no easy access with heavy suitcases and kids... don't waste your money.

The worst place i ever stayed in my whole life, the place was disgusting, dirty, dusty, bathroom are moldy and rusty. Carpets and Sofa's has dirty marks, didn’t ever clean under the sofa, we found tons of rubbish and its so yakki. Expired milk found in the fridge for coffee, so olease check out before you use. I also found spider webb in room ceiling with lots of baby spider, i have requested to the reception ti cleanup but instead the manager told me not too worrie be cause it is summer now An's spider are everywhere. The management disgusted me same as the place, my worse Christmas ever. I world never recommended anyone even they offer free.

Very dirty room. We arrived and had bugs on the bed, dirty sheets as well the bathroom was very dirty with water leaking out all over the floor. The washing machine was flooded and we were unable to wash our clothes in the room. If I could rate it 0 stars I would! I’d rather be homeless

Filthy rooms - bugs in our bed, dirt in the corners of the room, leaking aircon unit, green sludge on the bathroom floor, sitting dirty water in the washing machine, broken shower head, and many more issues. It’s obvious our room was not looked at before they gave us the keys. In addition the staff seemed surprised that the room was in that state so they clearly don’t have regular maintenance of the property. I would not recommend a stay here.

OMG! This place is the pits. It’s absolutely filthy and no maintenance at all. No bath mat, face washer or tea towels. Have no idea how you dry dishes. The balcony was appalling looked like it had never been cleaned even with old cigarette butts in the ashtray. Do yourself a favour and avoid. The cost was 288.00 so not super cheap.
