This was the worst cargo service I have ever used. I sent six boxes, and they stole my valuable vitamins fish oils and Some foods. On top of that, the delivery took two and a half months! Absolutely unreliable and dishonest service. I would never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Highly dissapointed service. If you are a Sri Lankan in australia trying to send goods to Sri Lanka, this is not the place. Your package will get delayed in like a year or you may not receive ur package at all if you choose this service. This is from my own experience using this service.

I’m very disappointed with this cargo service. I initially paid $50 for the shipment from Melbourne, but the goods only arrived in Kadawatha three weeks past the ETA. To make matters worse, my father was charged an additional Rs. 6,000 at their Kadawatha store, allegedly for transport from the port to their location. This unexpected fee was never mentioned upfront, and the delay caused significant inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone expecting timely and transparent shipping.

Worst cargo service ever seen,
Went after called them for send 3 t chest to Srilanka.
Said open till 5pm yesterday.
Went at around 2 pm,displaying board mentioning WE ARE CLOSED. Came all the way from 40 km.
Really Wasting of time..
Not recommend.

Never trust this cargo service, my brother went to Sri Lanka and returned back again here to Australia but we still didn’t receive the cargo. We trusted their given deadlines when we inquired from them but upto date they still keep giving us excuses one after the other for the delay. Expect your delivery in 3-4 or more months and expect your delivery if you’re going ahead with them.

My father, Sumithra Mallikage went to clear two boxes on 23.12.2023 at around 9.40 am.There were 2 boxes sent which weight 25.6 Kg and 23.1 Kg. However, 1 box's was so wet from the top and there was a hole on that box and when my father asked about that, the people talked in very unprofessional way when he asked about the less weight. The behaviour of that employees were very unprofessional and not acceptable. My father is 70 years old and should not be treated in a such a way as we have paid for the service from your company. There were 4 people came near to our vehicle, and they were trying to have a fight with my father and our driver. My father didn't had anymore arguments. We expected better a customer service from your company. We will never use this service again and will never recommend this service to anyone else. I have attached the photos of those boxes as a proof.
We have even e-mailed regarding this incident and they just said ignored it. I called 3 times to Chandana from Melbourne office and gave him my father’s number to call and ask for the situation happened exactly. But now he is not answering the phone even. Such a TERRIBLE service . We have also used other service such as Transco & Ceylon Shipping line. Never ever happened like this.

I found that goods worth over $150 had been misappropriated from the box I shipped.
Among the items lost are a perfume that cost me $140 (price at Duty Free, Estée Lauder, Pleasures) plus L’Oreal Hair colour products and other items which were included for my personal use while in Colombo.
This is totally unacceptable and I wish to register my strongest protest against the service which was provided to me.
I am certain that the Sri Lankan community here and the media would be interested to hear about these organised criminal activities. Please note that Theft of cargo by an Australian registered company is liable Australian criminal code amendment Act 2000 in the Federal Register of Legislation.
There has been no response from your office phone or your mobile number or my text message to you.
Awaiting your reply before we take further appropriate action.

The worst cargo service ever I've dealt with.
They misled us ,giving false information and agreed with us on a service that they never can provide anyhow. Kept on lieying us for a whole month , by saying that they are waiting for customs to be approved . Finally I asked them to return my goods because its been a month and then only Mr. Chandana said they are not able to process that service . My question is why these people misleading us if they already know that the requirement is unable to fulfill ? He ignored my calls so many times. The worst part was I had to send one of my friend in person to thier warehouse to get my stuff back until that he never picked up my calls. We filled a police complain and then only he answered the phone and managed to meet my friend . So much dissapointing . They wated my time and also my money for back and forth local courier charges . Big shout out for all the Sri Lankans in Ausi , Do not use this disgusting service anyhow . You will ended up with nothing but a huge dissapoinment and frustration . They are litterary the scammers ! So BE AWARE !!!!
