I’ve been dealing with Tait who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with!
Tait has been so prompt with all correspondences and quick to answer any questions I’ve had, as well as clarifications when needed.
I gave Tait my budget, timeframes for travel, and 2 locations I was choosing between and other criteria for my travel. He came back to me with options and I was able to confirm which location and hotel I would go for quite easily.
Knowing that the team has my back with the Captains Essentials has made a massive difference as I would normally be spending a fair bit of time and research on my own and still not have the peace of mind I now have.
