What a stunning venue! I recently photographed an event here and was blown away by the surroundings. The staff were all so helpful going over and above to help me carry equipment to my car. Rare to get that kind of service. Thank you!

Have been here a few times for events so I cannot really speak to experiences outside of those (though I have peeked at a few of the displays/installations when visiting the bathrooms.
One event was a Lego meet, which was enjoyable and well-organised but I feel that is more on the shoulders of the group organising the event, and my other major visit was my son's year 6 graduation, with the same being true for that.
The venue is well-maintained, clean, and modern and seems like a great place on the whole.
Due to having a Cafe, and the beautiful surrounds and waterfront nature if you were going to hire any venue for a function in the area (or even surrounds) you definitely couldn't go wrong with choosing this venue. It's located in the nicer (and richer) section of Pakenham that is leaning towards Officer and is direct centre of the best parts.
I believe it may be possible to include a deck looking out onto the water in functions as well and would make gorgeous setting for a wedding or pictures.
The place where functions are held is quite spacious, and appears to be easy to set up in whatever configuration you may require.
The bathrooms are art installations in themselves and have plenty of cubicles.
There is also generous on-site parking.
The one thing that brings the vibe down somewhat (and it pains me to say so) is my few interactions with the Cafe staff have been a little disappointing. I have encountered a male staffer that has given off an attitude that borderlines on snarky rudeness. As someone with decently strong social anxiety I generally try not to judge off a single experience, but when they cut into a conversation I was having with someone else at my last visit with a comment, it bothered me enough to stand my ground (which is rare). I understand people are capable of having two bad days/nights with time in between each instance, and it's not enough to overlook what the venue and other staff deliver as a whole, nor am I the type to try and bomb a place into the ground because of an interaction or two, but it does dull it a bit, so it warrants a mention.
That said, that one sticking point is not enough to cancel out all the other pros of having or attending a function/event at this location. It has a lot to offer, particularly when considering the value these spaces add to the community.

A really nice place to have a coffee and meal while indulge yourself in artistic creativity presented in the gallery or the theaters. You will get to see works of talented locals and my favourite was the Art Show Pakenham.

Went for a friend's Australian citizenship award .Lovely space . Especially love the art instillations ,the embroidery was stunning .Worth a trip just to see them .

I went with my family to see the art displayed. There is great local talent and it was difficult to vote for the best piece. I think all of the artists should be complemented.

Just checked the place from outside not much from the inside...this place is beautiful, and the lake near it is marvellous... beyond explanation... lovely birds...alot of birds in the lake...
