A Fantastic Stay – Perfect for Families!

We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Newhaven, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, making us feel welcome right away.

The park had fantastic amenities for kids, keeping them entertained the whole time. The playground and jumping pillow were big hits, and the open spaces gave them plenty of room to run around and explore.

One night simply wasn’t enough—we wish we had stayed longer! We’ll definitely be booking again in the future and highly recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Great stay this weekend. helpful and friendly front desk staff. (Side note love that they sell a few alcoholic beverages at the kiosk). Terrific location close to beach, markets, supermarket etc. we stayed in a premium villa and it was awesome. Clean and the beds were really comfy. All rooms with well
Working ceiling fans and a great air con.
Only downside was a lack of pool for the kiddos. Even the addition of a small one or a on-site water play area would make this park 10/10.

We stayed there with family friends in March. We had warm welcome from staff and location was great as beach is in walking distance and we drove only 20 mins going back to the cabin after penguin parade. We stayed at 3 bedroom cabin and rooms were well cleaned and the shower had good water pressure, so we stayed there comfortably 🙂

The only problem was , the bed was to soft, never thought of asking prior to booking but my wife has a back issue needs a firmer bed.

Good facilities, very clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Location of park is not the greatest. Beach is not really a beach, not great for swimming. The road noise is constant . The powered sites are packed very tightly together with the cabins, making it very densely filled populated. The non powered sites were in a quiet grassy area with only 12 sites, much better option. At $100 per night even on Labour Day weekend, I found this park to not be of great value.

We had a great stay at Big4 Ingenia Holiday park Phillip Island. My son loved riding his bike around and playing basketball with the other kids. The cabin was very clean and perfect for our family, the linen and towels provided were clean and good quality - the only thing I would recommend be improved was the couch in the lounge area, it was really uncomfortable, but it’s not a huge deal. Cocktail hour, the pedal bikes and little games around the park were a nice touch. We would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic location just across from San Remo, quick access to lots of attractions. It was a nice environment in the park, the kids were able to roam and ride easily, with playground options and entertainment of kids club and movies for days you stay close. All the kids in the park gathered of an evening to all play tag which was inclusive. Easy access to the beach with low waves, suitable and safe for kids and beautiful sunset view. Kids really enjoyed the flat jumping pillow too. After a brief stay the kids didn’t want to leave.

We stayed on an unpowered site for one night. Area was lovely, with beautiful green grass that was let down by a light turning on every 55 seconds. Amenities were excellent. Unfortunately the dump point was blocked. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
