I am incredibly grateful for the help I received from the bus driver and the front desk staff at the bus company. I accidentally left my keys on the bus and was very worried. Fortunately, the driver found the keys and handed them over to the front desk staff. And they give my keys back the next day. Their kindness and responsible attitude really touched me. Thank you to all staffs for your assistance!

I recently lost my bag on the bus, (of course my own fault), but rang up lost property on Ventura and they still haven't called back. I actually called the PTV first to see if they could contact the bus driver as I knew exactly which bus it was on then they transferred me to Ventura, but there was noone to talk to just had to leave a message. As it was I got the bag back myself I waited for the 549 bus to come back to where I got off. Luckily it was the same bus driver and bus so my bag was still there, but not before someone had taken my debit cards out of my wallet. But really I got absolutely no help from the bus line and would have still been waiting for my bag if I hadn't got it myself.

Poorly run company who should not have government contract. The attitude of drivers varies dramatically. Twice bus hasn't stopped to pick me up. Head office has never returned my polite messages left.

I went on a bus tour up the Yarra Valley. Beautiful winter day. Bus was late due to being put on an earlier job despite driver telling them this job was pre booked. That was ok.

Bus driver very polite and a good driver.

Got on bus and found seats up the back, sat down and found a huge sticker on outside of window saying it was a Ventura Bus totally obscuring my eye level vision. Very disappointing especially as they could have put sticker lower. I am usually happy sitting in the back of the bus.

Bus training instructor was horrible in giving instruction to new driver. Once caused accident, they will drive away and cannot be bothered to stop the bus. Besides, delayed for almost 2 weeks in giving the insurance claim number. When called them, the staff was rude and hanged the call. Bad service and working attitudes.
