This is my first time purchasing for Camping adventures store and the customer service has been wonderful. I purchased online and they sent me a confirmation email and the day after they send me a personal email to say that my item was ready for collection as well as a nice phone call to let me know the item was ready to collect.

This is a nice change from other stores where I have had to chase them to find out simple information about when items are available for pick up.

Outstanding customer service from the very helpful staff. Absolutely the best experience. Jason efficiently assisted with a warranty repair on our caravan and installed new lithium batteries for us. We are grateful to be able to continue travelling with no problems. The store has a great range of camping products too!

If you’re looking for a place to upgrade your caravan or Land Cruiser look no further! My thanks to Graham, Jason and the boys. Had a second battery and fridge slide fitted to my Land Cruiser and they did an amazing job! Every body went above and beyond! 👍👍👍

We have had major issues with our Patriot Camper for over six years.
I finally have had some positive feedback from Patriot about repairing out tent.
I have tried to talk to Camping Adventures and cannot get to talk to Mat about booking it in for repair after calling several times and asked to send in a email. Still no response. Finley spoke to Matt and he hung up on me for abusing the receptionist. Which I did not. Very poor customer service.
