There are a lot of good things about the caravans but we found it to be very unstable on the road. It eventually ended up on its side on the Calder Hwy. It was loaded properly and had no water onboard. I couldn't recommend these vans.

While the initial sales part was good unfortunately their after sales is lacking.

We were assured there will be no issues with dust but both wheel arches leak and other areas where pipes etc come through the floor. Drawers needed cleaning several times and the power management system needed to be fully pull apart and cleaned due to issues. The toilet cassette door leaks badly and as a result the flushing power board shorted out.

Also chassis and suspension issues which we were told to go direct to the manufacturer. This seems strange as we didn't buy the components from them.

Unfortunately after several bouts of communication still waiting for an outcome.

Just taken our brand new 17ft full off road Aussie rider caravan for a test drive. It proved to be much more than we expected. No dust came inside. It went over heaps of obstacles with no problems at all. Living in the caravan was just like being at home. To set up and to leave sites very easy and fast. We recommend Aussie rider caravans as fantastic. We had updated from a pop top.

I recently flew down to Melbourne to inspect the 18Ft Ranger Lx they had in stock. I was impressed with the specs and the build. Ashini and Nishan were great to deal with. They ran through everything with me at there factory. We arrange delivery to Queensland. It arrived promptly and with no issues. I have used the van three times now (even in pouring rain) and everything works perfectly and no leaks. Happy days ahead!!!!!
