I spent the weekend here, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The activities were enjoyable, and the views over the lake were absolutely stunning. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better.

The rooms and food exceeded my expectations, especially after reading some of the reviews online. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh croissants one morning—such a nice touch! The only downside was that the walls in the rooms were a bit thin, and there were some small gaps, which could be a concern for those sensitive to noise. Personally, I'm used to tent camping, so it didn’t bother me much, but others might find it a bit challenging.

One issue worth mentioning was my fall in the communal bathroom. There was a significant leak, and unfortunately, there was no signage to warn guests about it. It went unaddressed for the duration of my stay, which was concerning from a safety perspective.

Despite this, I had a lovely time and would likely return, hoping the bathroom situation gets improved for future guests.

This is all in my opinion only šŸ™‚

No I haven't been but my son is going there next week and he doesn't want to go, he had this experience at a camp he had in primary school and I don't want to send him off he's going to have a terrible experience, I read there was door missing on someone else's room, the same thing happened to my son at his other terrible camp, I feel terrible sending him there but it's compulsory and you can bet I will be posting a review whatever his experience is.

I did notice that only teachers gave good reviews and can only assume they were treated better stayed in netter rooms, I'm shocked Schools allow their students to go, I think I'll be complaining to the Education Board.
Good luck to next week's campers. I hope you eat good food, don't have rats or bugs in your rooms, and you have clean and sanitised so you don't get ill or get rashes!!

I'm scared for them, to be quite honest.

Our students had the BEST time.
We recently visited Campaspe Downs with our school for the third time. Each visit we have noticed big improvements to facilities and how camp has been run.
Each activity was run by a staff member from the camp. They were very kind, friendly and patient with all of our students. They sang with our kids, played with our kids and carried themselves with a high level of responsibility. They were flexible with activities and helped us out with any problem we had.
The salad buffet was so fantastic for students. The camp provided a range of kid friendly foods and even provided alternate food for kids such as toasted cheese sandwiches.
The activities we safe, fun and challenging. My students were so proud of facing some of their fears. Their team work was amazing.
We would like to say a huge thanks to this camp and we hope to visit again.
A special thanks to Lucy who looked after us during our stay.
