Utterly usless catering team and staff. At a conference I had a meal request; two staff members asked what I wanted and the meal never arrived. No one came to ask if I had received it and the two staff who asked what meal I wanted never came back. This is a small trivia matter, however when the entire room is eating you’re left wondering why yours never arrived; that’s just sloppy business.

The positives: Great area to raise young families. Amenities are close by.
The negatives: Security has been a major issue and I'm unsure of the actionable steps taken by the council to get police support. There are many infrastructure issues in the council with roadworks falter during harsh weather. While the average house pays $8.76 per $100, the service in return is sadly sub par.
$36.09 invested in Capital Works Program hardly assists those families who have issues paying lofty council rates. Please increase Health, children and family support by another $3 per $100. The council support for businesses is great, but remember to support the people who make this a great place to live.

Spoke to a very rude arrogant almost uneducated guy about parking permits about 30 minutes ago. He tries to intimidate and not trained to serve any rate paying customers. Hope the councillor who read this confront this obnoxious employee. He shouldn't be there. Shame the good name of this council

Was bullied and harassed by a council officer who was not in uniform or even announced himself. He's sexist and rude and tries to intimidate young women. Tried to contest these fines was given the run around. Basically it doesn't matter if your a one income family, or if your in the right. Basically manningham believe they can treat ppl anyway they want. Uniform or no uniform. And they care more about making money than they do people's lives!!! That's how little manningham care about its ppl.
