Third world motel room, would NEVER stay there again. The flip mixer tap in the bathroom sink is so low you can only fill up the electric kettle by using a mug to fill it. Poor level of cleanliness, dirty mugs, bottom bed sheet dirty and with crumbs on it.

I heard from a friend about this place. It was spacious and cheap in prices. Excellent for who want to enjoy their social party. Staffs were very kind.

I have stayed at the Timeo before and look forward to staying again. One of the few “real” pubs left in Sydney. Massive outdoor area. Justin Hemmes hasn’t destroyed this wonderful Aussie pub yet. I hope he stays away.

Third or fourth time trying to return my bottles here this week. Love this place, all day everyday people with trolleys from the supermarket full with bottles collected from other people's garbage bins in the neighborhood.
The return & earn system works a treat. NOT!

Classic Aussie pub that hasn't changed much since the 90s... But with the exception of a more adventurous dining menu! The meals were good quality and lots of variety.

What is unusual is the unusually large kiddies playground in the bush setting Beer Garden... Great hangout after a day at the beach. ?

They also had live music on a Sunday afternoon, in the form of a young guy on a keyboard playing in-tune classics! ✌️?✌️

Made an online booking for a room for one night .We were attending a wedding that afternoon at Palm beach at 4pm .
We arrived at 2pm and were advised that no managers were available and to come back in 20 minutes . Unsure as to why no one else could help me. Came back and were able to get into the room. The room was dated but clean . Rush job getting ready and off to the wedding.

It’s in a great location but I found it dirty, there was a wet soggy dirty washer folded up on the hand basin, hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs inside the fridge, the blanket on the bed smelt used and to top it off the water in the shower in the morning was almost cold,
