Went to the cocktail masterclass with Sarah Schumacher, and what a fab night! Sarah is so much fun and so knowledgeable. Three cocktails, charcuterie board and a take home recipe book. A million times worth it. Look forward to many more!

coffee at Aqua is a bit ordinary and cakes are as pricy at other places. Staff’s attitude is somewhat lukewarm too? staff at front reception is very friendly though. Ambience is good overall.

First time dinning at Flame at Dee Why RSL was absolutely stunning and amazing food highly recommend trying here.
Staff was very helpful had liv serve us and she was excellent helped select wines to pair with the seafood platter asked how our day was which was nice and I feel waiters don’t often ask questions like that anymore.
Seafood platter was fresh and the oysters were huge and very creamy delicious oysters. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Fish was just breaking away and melt in your mouth. Cheese garlic bread to start was very nice. Highly recommend trying here

The vegan burger is an absolute joke. $24.5 and it doesn't even come with a bun! You have to pay extra for the bun! It should be made more clear that this is a bunless burger. Yes it says 'naked' burger but many people, myself included, do not know what that means because when you order a burger you expect a bun. Also for $24.5, you should come up with a sauce to accompany the dry, tasteless patty and bland lettuce, tomato and beetroot! I have no problem paying $24.5 if you are going to serve a burger worth that price. This is the most disappointing and overpriced burger i've had. Also, $6 for a 300ml bottle of coke. You are ripping people off!!!

Paul at 25 is the best bartender I have ever encountered. Definitely the best cocktail I’ve ever had. But the conversations, the connection, oh my. Paul beats therapists at their job while he excels at his own job. Thanks Paul for a memorable afternoon.

A meal with the family at a really lovely Flames restaurant. My steak was perfectly cooked and the sides were amazing.

The fine dining experience was average and the prices were hidden for extras, id dodge this area of the club for food.Basically paid a lot for little.I returned again to try the food in the Bistro and had a good look around. Food is good the building is nice.I returned again at Easter 2024 for lunch ordered a regular roast lamb dinner with gravy and mint .The regular consisted of two cuts of Lamb on a small plate ,looking at it you would have thought it was a large kids meal at over $20 the meat was delicious and tender so it was really good but I walked away feeling hungry on a 20 dollar meal which is wrong .It's disappointing to see this type of stuff happening to meals across our country where at least you would think you can get a satisfying feed .thumbs down on this one this time im afraid .
