Great pizza. Fast service

If I could give a zero for service I would . I’ll give this place another chance purely because my kids love it -but we walked in to be made to feel very unwelcome . The woman who was covering Up food didn’t even acknowledge us or look up - my son had to say hi to her at first . Even after that it took her a long time to reply to him. Lo and behold another customer walks in - she looks up and she says hi very warmly immediately to that customer . I gave her this feedback and asked her to reflect on why she thinks she did this . She completely denied it , became defensive -and said she says hi to all her customers. She did say sorry profusely and did somewhat take the feedback . We are dark skinned and are used to this kind of BS on the reg but we make it a point to call it out every time it happens . I fully expect this individual to reflect on my feedback and check her bias and do better . We deserve better.

FYI : Portia's negative review recently, suggesting racism & unsatisfactory customer service: is not her first
complaint towards the hospitality industry.

Crisp base and crust, Toppings nearly all the way the edge of the pizza, toppings also were not dry at all. The winter pizza is 10/10.
