We had the most AMAZING European family vacation that a family of 4 could every ask for!

We used Sanford Internal Travel last year to plan our very first family trip to Europe last year. We had a consultant by the name of Nat help us out from beginning to end and nothing was ever too much trouble or bothersome for her. I would email Nat a hundred and one questions about the trip or places to see or things to do and she would always responds quickly and with extra suggestions of her own.

Nat was a well-seasoned traveller who had so much experience to share with us and her knowledge on all the places we wanted to go and all the things we wanted to do was in valuable to us. Thanks to her we were able to see and do so many things, and even do some things we never would've thought of doing ourselves - I cannot thank her or the team at Sanford International travel enough.

We had a budget to stick to and Nat made it more than possible to visit all the incredible places we wanted to within our budget and then some. We cannot thank her or Sanford enough for the life long memories we have from this amazing trip they help us plan and book.

I know they say that sometimes its cheaper to do the research and book things yourself - no way no how would i do that again after the seamless and great experience that i had with Sanford and the team.

I would highly recommend using Sanford Internal Travel and the team of experts to book your next holiday and more holidays after that. Looking forward to reaching out to them again soon to look at booking our next incredible trip overseas!

We had a cruise booked through Sanford International Travel and we had to cancel because of COVID 19, our agent Gemima was exceptionally pleasant throughout the whole cancellation and rebooking. She managed to finalize our rebooking before she was terminated by the company we were so disappointed we did not get the chance to thank her for all her troubles. To our delight surprise she called us one day saying she was re-employed thanks to jobkeeper. I cant express how happy we felt that she was re-employed we need more people like Gemima in the industry.

Absolutely terrible, worst business travel agents I've worked with. Constantly getting my name wrong in bookings, neglecting to purchase flight baggage when informed in advance, writing frequent flyer numbers wrong, not sending charge backs to hotels so I've been stuck interstate late at night waiting for after hours to sort it out. I wouldn't use them at all but my company does so I have no choice
