The people who live there are shocking, it won't kill you to use a toilet brush after you mess up the toilets. Everything they were disgraceful and once they did bother to flush. Animals have more respect.

Had one of their powered sites for three days. Overall the place is very clean with basic amenities. At the moment they would only have room for three large vans. We have a large van and we’re okay, a bit tight, but just go slow. Make sure you tell them when booking. The four sites along the back has a central point for power and water and leads/hose do need to be long. Staff very friendly and helpful. More bins would have been helpful. Noise from freeway wasn’t too bad. For the price it is pretty good.

Paid extra for bringing a pet for cleaning however the room wasn't very clean, the floor was horrible, couldn't take my shoes off. The hot water ran out on my husband.

Great little Motel! The service was amazing, the lady who answered the phone was just so happy to accommodate us and greeted us on arrival with a smile. We stayed with our pup as we were travelling, the rooms were VERY clean and bed super comfy! Thank you for having us, will definitely be back next time we come to Ballarat

Lovely motel with a little caravan park attached to it. They look like they are working on establishing some more spaces and it is looking very nice. Very safe behind locked gate/code. We found them in an emergency when our solar was not working and they even lent us a 15am power cord as we did not have one. We also asked for a later checkout due to me having to work that morning (from van). 5 stars for service and kindness.
