My ticket was cancelled by emirat not by me but still they charged me 500 aud and they didn’t refund my whole ticket .
So I suggest to everyone to book online directly from airline company not 3rd parties
, please be honest I have all email which received and mentioned that it’s cancelled by Emarat not me . Now you are saying another lie that you cancelled voluntarily . And u are saying we did full refund I have. All approve if you want I can upload here ?
