Good location for spending holiday with kids. Beach just a cross the road. nice spacious 2 bed room apartment with all kitchen facilities. Reception staff (Anthony & Kelly ) very lovely and help full. No many option for food. but uber is the best. parking should be free

Located on Beach Road in Brighton, this is a fantastic spot, walking distance from Church Street. Very quiet being on a main road. Service was really friendly. Rooms were clean with small kitchenette, shower huge and basically pretty good value. Did get charged an extra $17 for parking, however there was the option to park on the street so I guess thats a choice. My only complaint would be that the rooms had no view at all. Looking onto another building very close and could not even see what the weather was. Other than that, for the price, was a good choice.

My husband and two teenagers stayed at the Quest Brighton apartment on the 23rd April we booked an executive apartment for the 4 of us via hotel.com The stay was pleasent enough, the room was clean and modern, faclilities were more than adequate and bedding was crisp, fresh and clean. However we were not made fully aware of the additional charges incurred. On our booking confirmation it clearly stated in the main body "total price $189 for 4 people". When we received our bank statement we noticed an additional charge of $71.10. When we queried this charge with Quest and Hotel.com we were told we needed to check the additional charges information at the very bottom of the booking confirmation form, below the map and directions. I would advise everyone to read this information before you book as when booking confirmation reads in big bold letters "TOTAL PRICE OF STAY" you take it on trust that total price is exactly what it means and no additional costs will be incurred.

Very poor. We are staying for four weeks whilst work is done to our own house. Unit was recently upgraded but when we move in the unit was still dirty. Supposed to be cleaned weekly but first Friday - no cleaners. We complained and they cleaned Saturday but did not vacuum. We again complained and they returned Monday to vacuum. Weekly cleaning seems too seldom for a family of five and cleaning is still very poor (vacuum very minimal - often still crumbs etc left, they dont wipe over benches, cupboards are greasy, and mould is growing in the shower). We had to supply batteries for the TV/dvd remotes and light bulbs for several lamps. There are still blown bulbs in the kitchen extractor and even outside at the line (great when you are hanging out the days washing in the evenings in the dark). TV reception was poor and dvd and Foxtel didn't work when we arrived. We have asked for this to be fixed but the Foxtel STILL doesn't work and the TV doesn't receive Channels 7 or 9 (don't think the antenna is connected?). Have now disconnected the antenna cord from wall and can get Ch 9 again? Really disappointing overall. Only a couple more days and we can move out again but can honestly say we will never stay at a Quest managed resort again.

The position of the hotel and generally everything about it were great. I would have preferred knowing that on entering the units door that we would have a flight of steps to climb. Lovely & quiet, plus we could see the sea from the small balcony.

Hotel was very very quiet for a Saturday night. Enjoyed the stay and would go back again. The rooms are good size but getting little tired but I'm very picky. They will see me back again now question at all. Enjoyed the stay.
