Julie recommended I get an international drivers license since I was going to be riding a scooter. Turns out that I really needed that int’ license otherwise my insurance would have been rendered void when I needed to make a claim. Brighton Travel World is synonymous with seemless service.

We have arrived back home from months visiting London and a Christmas Market river cruise down The Rhine.This is our eleventh river cruise organised by Brighton Travel World. All the staff are so professional We are so fortunate to have Lisa and Carol organise our tours. All our tours have been with APT who are excellent. Brighton Travel World ensure we receive the cheapest first class or business prices available at the time. Due to their professional organisation over Eleven years we have now booked two more cruises to Southern France and The Baltic with Scenic and APT respectively. Congratulations Julie for overseeing such an outstanding Travel agency where customers are treated so personally that now our grown up children also avail themselves with you business.. Thanks to Julie Avery, Director of Brighton Travelworld, we had a trip of a lifetime in Paris, Venice, Florence & Rome!

A couple of hiccups in our initial planning and Julie was right onto it providing us with exemplary service. All of the hotels and days tours Julie suggested were suited to our specific needs and budget and all were on point. It’s a measure of a person and company not when things go right, but when things go wrong and Julie communicated with us promptly to resolve any issues or queries we had.

We have been travelling with Brighton Travelworld at least twice a year for over ten years. We are about to embark on another trip to London and then a Christmas river cruise in Europe. We were recommended by a friend to book our Mediterranean holiday through Brighton Travel World back in 2018 and WOW talk about first class service! We had the pleasure of dealing with Carol and found her to be friendly, very proficient and professional; so we had no hesitation in booking our next European adventure with her.

We had booked flights, river cruise, train and hotel accommodation in several European cities for June 2020, most of which was non-refundable. We had been counting down the days to our holiday when COVID-19 rudely interrupted our plans.

From the onset of the COVID-19 crisis Carol has been extremely helpful in such a stressful and uncertain time. She has kept us informed throughout, with regular updates regarding rebooking the entire holiday for the following year which was exactly what we were hoping for.

We were not confident that we’d receive a refund or credit for the components that had been booked as non-refundable but Carol has been able to negotiate on our behalf and at this stage we are very close to a 100% success rate.

We are certain that had we used another agency, or had booked this trip ourselves, we would not have had such a successful outcome.
