Scam of a business, stay AWAY!
As you enter the store you can see 50% discount on Halloween costumes everywhere but at the billing it's 30% or less. Attaching pics so hopefully no one else feels cheated later.

I went to the store last Saturday, looking for a minecraft quilt cover for my sons 18th birthday. Little did I know I would be greeted by the kindest and most welcoming young man. I believe his name was Harry. He welcomed me to the store and swiftly helped me find what I was looking for. The speed, kindness and quality of his service really made my day. Thank you Spotlight Box Hill and thank you Harry for your exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back for my sons 19th birthday.

Very poor service. BE CAREFUL everyone who is buying sewing machines! No refunds and returns on any sewing machine if you change your mind! Get this trick, even if it is of poor quality, this will fall into Change your mind category as well which is against Australian Consumer Law. I was advised by their staff and team lead Jack this is not refundable and just after 6 days of purchase this machine dropped almost half of its Sales price. Very disappointed about Spotlight and never come back to them! BTW, this model is very poor quality.

This was my 1st time visiting this store. We were created by a very enthusiastic young man who provided us with an awesome level of service. BUT that is where the great service stopped.
AFTER SALES SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
We purchased 2 venetian blinds that needed to be sent away for alteration to our window size. We were given a timeframe of mid January. That date came and went and we had not heard anything. We called the store, they said they would look into it and get back to us. They didn't. Timeframes came and went and the process repeated. Most promised callbacks were not made. We even went back to the store multiple times. The end conclusion by Spotlight was the item had been received back at the store after the adjustment, but they could not locate it in the store. We had wasted enough time and asked for a refund. We were bitterly disappointed at Spotlight's lack of ownership of what should have been a simple problem to solve.

Spotlight is a homemakers' heaven, with cookware, dinnerware, bedding, bathroom ware, craft, haberdashery and more in good quality brands, all under one roof at better than competitive prices. Definitely a place to meander and while away the time.
