Worst experience with Myhealth Box Hill receptionist ever, with the lady who has the short hair!!! I had a phone consultation with one of Dr last week in regards to my daughter’s result and referral to a specialist and the Dr said would leave all the documents at the reception. Today I turned up and try to retrieve the documents, the reception lady tried to find but failed. She didn’t leave a word after that, either instructed me what to do next, or helped me to ask Dr for clarification. I was just standing there knowing nothing to do. Now I have been sitting at the waiting room for 30mins and try to figure this out what happened by bothering the Dr in between patients, all by myself!!!

I always feel that the girls on the front desk are very friendly and helpful. If my Doctor is running late they always apologise. Doctor Tjandra is always very thorough and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
