The Asian guy in the store today was very unhelpful. He was talking to his friend when I arrived at 4:30 PM after work and asked him to reel the line for a rod I bought at BCF. He told me they don’t do that within 30 minutes of closing. I would understand if the store was busy, but it wasn’t, he just kept chatting with his friend. Reeling the line wouldn’t have taken five minutes. Very disappointed, as now I have to delay my fishing trip.
