We cannot thank the entire Big Group team enough for our incredible wedding at the Commons Collective.

Our guests were taken care of like they were family. The chefs cooked every dish to perfection and the team on the night served everything seamlessly, blending into the happy crowd with the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism.

Every single person mentioned how wonderful the staff were. Glasses were filled without guests even noticing, food was perfect and on time, napkins were fixed as people left the table and the team took care of our guests with dietaries to ensure they were able to relax and enjoy like the rest of us.

Our bridal attendant Claire was incredible. She took care of every single thing for us with the biggest smile on her face. She was kind, approachable and made everything feel easy. We can’t thank her enough.

Will (our supervisor for the evening) led the team with ease. We barely saw Will which shows just how well oiled the machine was. When we did see him, there was a big smile on his face and lots of happy staff around him which made us feel so relaxed and reassured that everything was running smoothly without us having to think about a thing.

We would recommend the Big Group to any of our friends and family. Jess, our event manager took incredible care of us and made the entire process so easy. We have had rave reviews from all of our guests and most importantly, we can’t wipe the smiles off our faces.

Had this food at the Museum of Contemporary Art NYE Party.

It was such amazing food. Everyone was raving about it. It made the night extra tasty.

They made classic like sliders and pies, chips and cheesecakes, and some very interesting sushi tasting things that were all vegan.

The team is highly professional, the food is delicious, and the service on the evening of our event was unparalleled. They truly know how to run an event to a tee, and make everyone feel like they are the most important person in the room.

Lizzy has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond in keeping us informed and ready for our day. She has been incredibly supportive and helpful in finding alternative dates due to Covid-19. She has been quick to respond and incredibly positive during what we can imagine is a very difficult time for such a business. We absolutely adore the space at The Ormond Collective and had a really positive experience at our tastings and cannot wait to finally get married there.

Natasha Sharrock’s service was appalling - didn’t show up to our venue viewing. We left a voicemail while at the venue that was never returned, instead she sent a poor waitress to deliver the news that she had confused the appointment. I understand that mix ups sometimes happen but the fact that she still has not bothered to call to apologize/ reschedule is very disappointing. Would not even consider having my wedding here if this is the service from the start. Disappointing!
