As part of the governments small business help I contacted EACH. Initially things started out well with staff offering assistance and support. However it soon became too hard for the financial counsellor who rather offering help and support promised he advised he would only assist dealing with some of the creditors, placing on the onus back on me. I reached out for help not to have the onus put back on me for a DIY! In short, thanks for nothing Savio!

Whilst I was in hospital, he emailed a letter closing the file, cancelling all associated services...even though they were still required.

The business advisor appointed could only recommend I close the business down...its a pandemic and all he wanted to do was close the business down! Eddie offered zero realistic assistance or advice on trying to help the business survive.

Overall a VERY disappointing experience received from EACH.

Financial counselling services by Christina Jenkins which are unclear, unhelpful and after 12 months of no action a big waste of time. I could elaborate but that would be wasting even more of my time.
