I’ve stayed here twice now and both experiences have been great! The rooms are quite large and comfortable. There’s a great set up that would be good for a few nights, or as we did, just one to be close to Eastern Health Box Hill. I’d definitely be back, the reviews from other people, definitely have not been what I’ve come across. I’ll be back. Oh I will say, I found on street parking the first visit, this time I went out and then the staff were nice enough to arrange a late night paid park. Super helpful.

Please be careful when you pay deposit by Card because they won't return the deposit. Something weird when they on the spot deduct the money in your card without just hold it like any other hotel did.

I'm just lucky because I stay near melbourne and after weeks haven't received the deposit (phone call and email still no response), I went to the hotel and tell the reception to return it now or I will lodge the police report. Received the money back $100

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bedsheets were dirty, and all the amenities, including the towels and bathroom, were not clean. It was clear that proper hygiene and cleanliness were not a priority here.
I expected much better for the price, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

I had an excellent stay at a hotel in Box Hill. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Their helpfulness really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, and everything was well-maintained. I stayed here using MediStays while I had surgery at the hospital around the corner. This was by far the worst accommodation I have stayed at. Scented sticks in passageways to mask an abhorrent smell, holes is walls in halls and rooms, stained curtains, dirty kitchen ware, mouldy bathrooms with doors that had swelled from moisture and wouldn’t close properly. Screaming and yelling all through the night. I chose another night in hospital rather than going back here for the last night. Reported to my care staff and MediStays as this should not be a recommended stay.

Small, crowded, lacking some basic facilities expected jn self-contained accommodation. First room reeked of cigarette smoke so they changed us to another which was free of stale smoke. No drawers to store clothes for a 3 day stay & wardrobe maybe 30cm wide hanging shared with ironing board. Lounge 2 seater rock hard. Tiny dining area. Microwave located ankle height. Verandah unable to sit in a chair as not wide enough. No change of towels in 3 days.||Block out curtains were good.|Shower water pressure good|Bed just OK- 2 singles joined.|Clean enough but paint on walls showing many wear & scratches. Can't recommend & won't go back. Local area very much Asian based.||

Stayed a few times this year, the location is perfect and the people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, I sometimes do late check in, the team never let me down once. The room is not bad, with a full kitchen, glassware, cutlery and cookware, bed is not that soft, so I always sleep well. The rooms are very reasonably priced in off-peak season. Will return definitely, my favourite hotel in Box Hill.
