So much to say in so little time… Cookes food is just absolutely incredible. From the moment we decided to work with Cookes food to plan and cater our wedding we knew we were in for the most spectacular day of our lives. Sophie to put it simply just gets it. She is across everything at all times and is always available to chat about any thoughts you may have regarding your event, plus she is one of the best people my husband and I have ever encountered, she is so easy going that nothing on this planet could stress you out on your big day.

Our wedding was easily one of the best days of our lives and we will be forever grateful to cookes food for their amazing work and dedication in ensuring this was as seamless as it could possibly be. I couldn’t speak more highly of Sophie and her team and for me it’s an absolute no brainer for who I will be recommending and pushing all of my friends into using for their upcoming events and weddings.

WOW! What an amazing repertoire of delectable eats..truly surpassed our expectations! Your Grazing Platters, Vegetarian Platters and selection of amazing cheeses was superb. But most importantly, we must congratulate you on your incredible man of the night who continued to exude an air of togetherness and serene unflappability, charm and flare ; the remarkable David; what a gem! Comparable to the classic Parisian waiter, David delivered his skilled and proficient art form at another level of excellence. With silver-service plus in tow, he put on show the immaculate traditions and etiquette of old school service.His timing in presenting and spacing each course without being intrusive [amongst the throng] was perfectionism. He was engaging [when appropriate], yet also courteous and sensitive, always showing a considered respect for each and every guest, [yet remaining discreet throughout the night]. Indeed, its masters of service like the David's of this world, that are few and far between- invisible essentials that make the world work, giving credence to the adage that the best things in life are very often those you cannot see. His unprecedented skill was only exceeded by his wonderfully swift, attentive, warm and highly professional demeanour....indeed a true master of his craft!
We loved all that Cook's had to offer...thank you so, so much! Please do extend a super special and genuine heartfelt thank you to David. Let's hope we meet him again at our next celebration..... Sometimes the most dazzling people are the ones dancing around the sides of the show. We will definitely be using your superb service again....and David hopefully! Wow, what a night!! You and your team clearly know what you are doing and you helped us put on one of the best nights. I kid you not, I have had so many people reach out and say that was the best party they have been to and they have been very clear that they are not just saying it because it was our party, message after message. Food, service, venue and drinks all were amazing!!

Soph, clearly you are exceptional at what you do and on top of your expertise you were a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely love your down to earth, very clam approach and this together with being an exceptional party planner helped us not only enjoy the night but enjoy the process of getting there. We’re still buzzing from the night and the only downer on a party is it has to have an end time, I wish we could do it all over again!!

Sophie and the Cookes Catering team helped to deliver our wedding in February. The catering deliver, staff and drink service was fantastic. Our at home event of 130 people was expertly managed, everyone was well (++) fed and watered. Our home was left in an immaculate state and as a Bride, I felt so included and cared for on such a special day. Thank you to the Cookes team for delivering a A class quality event, these guys are wizards and we would definitely use again.

Cookes Food and Events delivered the most exceptional event last weekend at a private home in Flinders for my client. The detail that went into the planning was meticulous. All suppliers suggested were of the highest standard. The food world-class, great variety and generous in portions. Hosted a Christmas party in December for approx. 50 ppl. Ed Dixon Food Design and the team were super flexible in coming up with some options for us and were really easy to make changes as we got closer to the event. The food was great, and we had lots of good feedback from guests about it. The team onsite were amazing, keeping everyone looked after. They cleaned up everything when they left and came back to pick up the glassware the following day so we could continue the festivities. I'd highly recommend them and would happily use the team again. Thanks.

The Cookes Food team were an absolute dream to work with. We had the most incredible time with Cookes delivering our Italian style wedding perfectly, with every detail considered. The lead up to the wedding felt seamless and the attention to detail was fantastic. The food was a stand out of the night with many guests commenting specifically on how amazing the food was and how wonderful and attentive the staff were. The wedding was at a private property and Cookes left our home completely clean. We couldn't recommend Cookes Food more highly!
