Poppy and the team went above and beyond for our bucks! We had floods, cancelled flights, missed flights, late arrival and everything else you can think of… but Poppy was able to adjust to our needs ensure that we had an INCREDIBLE time! 10/10 would recommend ✊🏾

Avoid this unprofessional business at all costs if you value your event and guests. They were an hour late, delivered the wrong bus, and management went MIA on a Thursday when they were supposed to rectify their errors. The bus driver got lost on the way to a simple destination address too. Bucks Co are refusing to provide compensation or a refund for the multiple errors they made on our event day, which they caused. Avoid this company if you can.

I live interstate and had to organise the bucks remotely. I initially tried to arrange things myself which proved to be a task in itself. I got on to The Bucks Co. Sent in an initial quote request not really expecting much. I was blown away by the quick response, attentiveness and value for money. So much so we were able to book multiple events for the night.

We chose axe throwing and a private bar. If you haven't tried axe throwing - do it!

The buck and his mates couldn't believe this was all done from a far - you bet I took ALL the credit! lol I can't recommend the Bucks Co enough. They even rang a few days before to let us know what spirits were on hand at the bar we booked and if we would like any others - You just don't see that level of service and attentiveness anywhere!

Stop looking and just dive in! get in touch with the team and you can kick back relax while everything gets sorted.

Exceptional service, very attentive and responsive to all questions and emails. I had contacted a number of companies and by far The Bucks Co were a standout. The responded to emails within a day. I had Natalie take care of my requests and she was an absolute gem, nothing was too hard, even when I was breaking her chops, she was only too willing to help. Fantastic service, all the lads including the bucks loved the full days events!!!

Almost forgot the write this review, thankfully I didn't because it's deserved. Honestly almost ruined my mates bucks party. This company will book you some uptight airport shuttle that won't let you drink (not ideal for a bucks) and will then take your money and cancel your ride halfway through for finding a bit of water spilled and saying it's alcohol. Asked them to being the van back to prove it was just a bit if water from an eski bag, wouldn't do it unless we paid an extra $300. Got better service from a 13cab shuttle. Ultimately this organiser fault as they did nothing and left us to figure it out. No refund, no help, nothing. Save yourself the hassle and book with someone else to be safe.

Stay clear of these guys!

No thought about how things will run. They just book the activities for you. Which you can do yourself, for cheaper.

Booked my bucks with them in the hopes they'd take the pain out of planning. They've booked 2hrs Archery, to then sit down to dinner & go to a club after - without any sort of plan for the party to change clothes, shower/freshen up etc.
Pretty big oversight but 'they've never had anyone have an issue with it'.
Indoor with amenities was available if we shifted things an hour, but they didn't have the sense to ask these questions, I had to call the place directly.
2nd issue being we'll all have bags for our clothes and don't want to carry them around for the night. Another oversight.
I asked if they can amend our transfers to divert 5 minutes to drop bags at my office, but that will be an extra cost too.

Advertised with Buck goes free & online collection portal for funds but neither has happened with a crew of 14.

Just overall a big regret but deposit is non-refundable so stuck to go through with them. You don't have to be though!

Edit: Post party - was a great event, the dinner & drinks was good. Archery should have been booked indoors but everyone enjoyed it anyway. The transfers were in a mini bus with no music or anything which killed the vibe during. You'd think at $320 for 12 people they could have booked something abit nicer.
Club was good, package not worth it, go in.
All in all I stick with my OG post. Doing it again I'd just book everything myself, cheaper & less hassle. Only follow up from them was to ask me to remove my review with a side note of hope you had a good time. Fair warning lads.
