The Vines on Avon is an absolute gem! The attentive staff provided impeccable service from start to finish, making me feel welcomed and cared for.

We have been for breakfast, lunch and tea and each time the meals have been great.

The inviting ambiance further enhanced our experience, making it ideal for any occasion.

Great outside area overlooking the vines would be great for a social beverage with friends or colleagues.

Tammy is wonderful! She is professional, kind and is so easy to communicate with. She made organising our wedding a breeze. There was no issue to big for her and her team. I was so impressed with the assistance we received when setting up and packing down on the day.
The food was delicious and loved by everyone! And of course the Avon ciders are so yummy.
10/10 would recommended the Vines for any event, especially weddings!

Great place for breakfast, we didn't book and they were understaffed but still did a great job at getting the drinks and food out quickly! Eggs Benedict were delicious!!

The Vines on Avon is an exceptional venue to celebrate your wedding. My husband and I celebrated our ceremony and reception at The Vines with such a chilled atmosphere. Tamara catered and personalized everything to our own preferences and made the day feel so relaxed. We wanted a fun, happy and relaxed vibe and that is exactly what we got. Such a beautiful property with many amazing photo opportunities to cherish for a life time. We couldnt recommended highly enough. Thank you Tammy for everything. M + R Collins

Tammy and the team at the Vines were incredible to work with in making our wedding day amazing. We knew what we wanted and Tammy was fully supportive of making it happen. Our wedding was originally booked for October 2021, however due to lockdown and Covid restrictions we made the decision to move the date to December 2021. This was done a week and 1/2 out from the original date. Tammy’s supportive and helpful attitude helped us feel comfortable when needing to make this decision.
In the lead up to our wedding date, Tammy was always available including video chats, phone call, messages and visits to the winery, confirming menu, flow of the day, every detail we wanted to create our special day.
Despite the weather being typical Victorian with 4 seasons in one day, we had no stress or worries. Tammy and the team were across it all, contingencies ready to go. She got to know us and what we wanted and her and the team made it happen. The whole day was stress free, the food amazing, drinks flowing and everyone was happy especially us.
We would highly recommend Tammy and the team at the Vines.

During my more than 40 minute wait after watching our meals being delivered I requested an update on the status of my meal. A staff member stated my meal had been overlooked because of an administrative error. Following another 10-15 mins my companions finished their meals I decided to cancel my order. Initially when my companions meals were delivered no name was offered, staff described the food (ie. chicken burger and parmi which aligned with the order placed) (burger later described as dry and tasteless from being overcooked). I requested and was refunded with no apology and little to no empathy.
I agree with the restaurant response that the service was disorganised. For me a simple acknowledgement and apology would have quelled my dissatisfaction but unfortunately they seem focused on providing excuses.
Not recommended and won't be overly interested in going back.

In April 2022, we got married at The Vines on Avon. This was after 2 years of postponements due to covid and The Vines were so accomodating with us during this difficult time. Tammy and her team were incredible for our wedding day and the lead up. Tammy is efficient, a great communicator and helps facilitate a stress free day. It’s a beautiful venue with delicious food and so many options to create your dream day! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! ❤️ Thanks Tammy and team!
