I have never been treated more horribly in my life! I simply went in to ask about booking flights and I was told firstly no they were too busy, which is completely fine and understandable but as soon as I told her my destination (Thailand) there was no want or need to help and was told they didn't want my business. If anything it was more the tone I was met with. I was absolutely shocked at the lack of basic customer service.

I later found out they make no commission on flights alone. I have many years experience in commision based jobs, so If I had of been told this I would have understood. But I found her response and reactions less than common decency.

I would avoid this place and head across the road to Travel Design. They were professional and curtious and know how to treat customers regardless of a "commission" outcome.

Hi, I found this a very professional business, and would urge people who want everything just right and what they wanted done and done well, then this is the first and last stop. The staff are helpful, very competent, and well travelled, so they have an edge over the rest I feel. My wife uses them, my son uses them, and I use them. I read the itinary of wife's trip, that was the clincher for me, now I want to go with her, if only I knew then what I know now, I would be on the plane with her. 10 out of 10 in my score book. Well done Flying Colours.

Such a professional agency. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and sound knowledge. Always helpful with suggestions and information and highly supportive when needed (even when you are overseas). Efficient and courtesy. Thoroughly recommend this travel agency.
