Over many years we have found Carol and her team so helpful and professional in recommending holiday tours and locations and then planning detailed itineraries, arranging all travel, tour operators, transfers, etc., and importantly managing changes. This has never been so important than during the many Covid related cancellations, getting refunds and credits and re-booking tours, flights, transfers and accommodation.
