Julie is a very helpful and competent consultant. Possesses a great customer relations qualities and patience. Fitting to hold this position. She always goes to that extra length and turns backwards to assist. No stones are left unturned. Very thorough with all the options available. Couldn't ask for a better consultant. My last trip was really awesome with Julie's organisational skill. A polite and understanding human being. Very accommodating. She's able to relate to any situation with ease. I may regret this review as I would like to keep Julie a secret. She is brilliant. I wish I had known her earlier. Julie goes above and beyond in her willingness to advise, organise and execute travel arrangements.
Nothing is too much trouble and she is utterly charming.

Had to give a review as their customer service is on point n more,my Dads home safely after missing his flight, Yohan completely took the stress away from my Dad and rescheduled everything over the weekend n got him on the next possible flight,if I'm to travel in the near future il definitely be going with you.

Only reason I give Julie 5 stars is because there aren't 6. She just could not be more helpful for us recently planning our future overseas trip. No stone was left unturned as she probed every little avenue...saving us every dollar she possibly could. I have truly never dealt with someone more generous with their time. We had a challenge with our (Mastercard) CashPassport card and were about to fly overseas. Karlee went way above and beyond in her assistance. She was quite incredible to deal with being calm, reassuring and resourceful, and she dealt with our issue with the utmost professionalism. All this was done with absolutely no charge, and no gain for her office. I can't thank her enough, or recommend her highly enough 🙂
