Tim Mason at Yarraville Flight Centre has been fantastic organising flights to London, Paris, Morocco , Rome incorporating connecting flights from Istanbul, Athens and Malta for us.
His knowledge and “ can do” expertise is outstanding, all combined with his friendly welcoming manner.
Additionally, Tim went over and beyond with his untiring assistance to help us to extricate a family member with special needs from PNG.
Tim’s scheduling and rescheduling of flights within extremely tight time frames was phenomenal and we are very grateful.

Waited until the end of our trip to post this.

I went into flight centre and met with Tim. He was very eager to help me.
He put together a 6 week trip for my partner and I.
Just for flights was over 12k so it was a big decision to make and I wanted to make a few changes. Everytime I would ask for a change Tims emails came across very rude and almost that he was pissed off.
Fast forward after booking the flights, I reached out to Tim to start booking in trains and accommodation. I got a couple of replies but then he just stopped responding. I ended up booking the accommodation myself which we spent over 15k on. Shame as he could have had coms in that but was clearly too lazy.

To add onto the management reply. I told Tim from my first visit that I wanted everything booked with him and he knew that. It took over a month of waiting (2 months from our holiday date) for me to email again then I called the store to complain aswell.

I am actually blown away at the sheer incompetency. Flight centre is a joke. If you want to have a super stressful lead up to a trip- book through flight centre. No wonder these services are becoming obselete. do it yourself and save the hassle

My sister and her friend are visiting from the UK for two weeks . Went into Flight Centre Yarraville today to enquire about any last minute flights to somewhere warm next week. There were no other customers in the shop but when I enquired with the lady nearest to us she simply said they don't do last minute deals. She didn't ask what we were looking for, check any flights or look remotely interested in helping us. Do yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth.

Ashlee supported us to plan our trip to Europe. We needed support very last minute and we also had not a clue in the world where to begin. Ashlee made this process so seamless and stress free. She was patient with all of our changes and gave some great advice along the way to make us feel comfortable with all accomodation locations and transport. Anyone who gets to work with Ashlee is so so lucky to have their trip planned with her support. Ashlee is such an asset and we couldn’t recommend her enough.

It’s never as good as you think.
It’s never as bad as you think.
Most of the time it’s somewhere in the middle.
Yarraville FlightCentre…
Upper middle.
They were good.
Unsure at the beginning of covid. Nobody knew what was going to happen with booked & payed for holidays.
They righted the ship & had a strong team get everything difficult sorted out.
