Absolutely amazing experience booking my Holiday to Vietnam with Jess. Very friendly and helpful. She created our itinerary and as we could not make up our minds on which hotels at the time, she added our different options of hotels we wanted for each destination for us to peruse. All done quickly and efficiently. Once we made our decision things got sorted quickly, we then made a change and again nothing was too much trouble. Our travel consultant is Rob at the Bayside, Frankston location. We have now booked our 3rd holiday with Rob and we have found him incredibly helpful and informative.

My partner decided recently that he wanted to leave earlier for our Bali trip so I called up and spoke to Rob and he was so helpful and understanding and made the whole process less stressful and easier! He recommend the new accommodation, took care of all the transfers and travel Insurance all at a reasonable cost and had the new Itinerary printed and ready to go the same day for me to pick up.

I highly recommend Rob to anyone I speak to, and I truly hope that your company values and appreciates the amazing customer service he gives to his customers. He listens and he cares and that’s very hard to find these days! Keep up the great work Rob and we can’t wait to book out next holiday
