2 meals for $30 is great value. Meals were delicious, clean, bistro is a pleasant area for eating and chatting. Staff were pleasant.

Was just in for lunch and have had dinner multiple times here. Its always fantastic. Honestly if you have lunch here you don't need dinner and the food is so tasty too.

This hotel would have to have the best value meals/drinks in Wagga. We have dined at all of them several times over recent years with generally good experiences at all, however the Ashmont is by far the best value for couples, families . . . particularly the drinks.||While other hotels in Wagga have declared open-season on our bank accounts, the drinks at the Ashmont are unbelievably reasonable - e.g. a good quality bottle of Shiraz sells for something like $22 at the moment, for a bottle that sells in bottle-shops for around $15 - $17. No ridiculous mark-up here! Tap beers are also very reasonable. The discounted evening meal arrangement with a 2-for-1 deal at total cost of $30 is hard to beat - good quality meals too !

Don’t judge a book by its cover…
This great little pub has a specials board (2 meals for $30) with plenty to choose from.
Meals are top notch & massive.
Staff are super friendly & helpful!

Went there today on way home to Hay, nine of us for lunch; we all agreed had the most amazing service and most enjoyable lunches. I personally had the most delicious Warmed Chicken Salad I have ever had, a hugh THANK YOU to all concerned. Phyllis Jones. OAM

Went there for lunch had the parmi with chips. Was spot on the chips were hot and crispy and the parmi was very big and nice and hot the sauce was a little bit strong but amazing overall. staff are friendly and I will defiantly be coming back.
