Okay, Flight Centre Paterson Lakes. Well, I tell you what, I've been in there twice. I got to meet this lovely young lady, awesome, absolute awesome staff member, by the name of Chelsea. Now Chelsea has helped me and my friends out on six different occasions. And I tell you what, this chick has gone above and beyond. Even when she wasn't working, it was not a roster day on, she still went out of her way to do stuff for me. Mate, what an awesome staff member. Flight Centre Paterson Lakes, keep up the good work. Glowing reports from me. Daniel, Chelsea and Jake are a fabulous team there at Patterson Lakes. I find it much better booking flights at a travel agency face to face and was delighted to put my trust with them. I went into the store on 3 separate occasions and made a few phone calls to them. They are all super friendly, professional, patient and know their stuff. Also I loved the way Daniel encouraged me to think about my trip for another day before making the payment; which I thought was brilliant customer care. Big smiles and gratitude to the 3 of you.
