Excellent hotel if the location works for you.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and room service seemed readily available most of the time.

Service was generally top notch (except for one instance of not being able to get fresh milk for the room fridge).

Food was good for a hotel restaurant, which is fortunate as there aren’t any others in walking distance.

We have family nearby so will definitely stay again.

A fairly new hotel so everything in very good condition. ||||The room was excellent although I find it odd that hotels don’t do stocked fridges like they used to. I asked for a small jug of fresh milk for our fridge and got more little plastic long life milk containers :-(||||We ate at their award winning restaurant on our first night and it didn’t go so well. Ordered two rib eye steaks and got two fillet steaks. When the rib eye steaks did arrive they were under cooked but we ploughed on. ||||Bar staff very pleasant and helpful. Choices for red wine by the glass are quite limited. ||||Having said all that we would certainly give it another go.

The events team at the hotel has been exceptional, and I would like to give special recognition to Malsha, the Sales & Events Coordinator. She truly went above and beyond throughout the entire event planning process, and her efforts on the day itself were outstanding. Malsha was incredibly helpful, attentive to every detail, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Customer service was above and beyond. A really clean quiet place to stay when in Melbourne away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne but still within a stones throw. ||Great dining especially breakfast and staff who genuinely care about your stay . Highly recommend

Great location. Very helpful staff. Wife has a disability and staff went out of their way to help. ||Extremely clean and welcoming. ||Only stayed one night as we arrived into Melbourne late and were travelling on but will definitely stay again.

Have stayed here a few times now for work. Great style & very clean and tidy hotel. Great service, convenient location, good food and amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The place is quite new and there's still a lingering new furniture smell in my room. The concierge was polite and helpful in sorting out my booking issues. No underground or covered parking, however.

A lovely place for our family lunchtime get-together. The staff are all so friendly, attentive and professional, and our lunch was just perfect. We so enjoy meeting at Hyatt Place as it is perfectly placed for us as we travel from north and south of Melbourne to meet up. Thank you!
