Martin Cummings from Elite Cruising and tours was awesome helping plan and book our recent overseas adventure. He made the whole process super easy. His knowledge and expertise added an extra layer to the holiday that you just cant get when trying to do it by yourself. Insider knowledge on the perfect hotels in great locations. Added tours that worked very well for us.
I was traveling with my elderly Mum and he always thought of her and what would work. Lots of things I wouldn't have thought of. Such as hotel transfers when necessary and wheelchair assistance for Mum especially when the airports are so big.
He gave us all the documents in an App that helped greatly and made everything so easy.
I Would highly recommend Martin for your next adventure. I am looking forward to booking my next trip to Italy with him

Martin from Elite travel is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the product they are preparing for you. Always checking in on a regular basis to make sure all is correct. Martin did an excellent job on our overseas itinerary booking flights, accommodation, river cruise down the Danube, he thought of everything and passed on his knowledge of countries to us before we left and because of this it all went smoothly. Very friendly and kind and super approachable. Best travel agent. Would highly recommend for your travel needs.

What can I say about Martin of Elite Cruising and Tours? He’s quite simply a legend. We booked a huge trip taking us all around the world for 4 of us. We had no idea what we wanted to do and Martin came up with recommendations and suggestions, finding great deals and passing on wonderful savings. 2 months before our departure we wanted to add another traveller. Martin managed to add him to our trip using the same accommodations and flights. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a zoom meeting beforehand in which Martin went through every aspect of our trip with tips and tricks for us all.
However Martin really came into his own whilst we were away. We had trouble accessing our son’s accommodation - it was 2am for Martin but within 10 minutes he’d fixed it. Furthermore 2 members of our group became very ill from Mexico. We were in USA at the time. They were unable to fly home. Martin again took control in the early hours of the morning and managed to cancel flights, speak to the insurance company and make necessary arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble at any time of the day (or night!) and he made quite a stressful time an organised and smooth situation. I cannot recommend Martin and his company highly enough. We will forever be using Martin for all our future travels. He’s just amazing!

I can’t speak highly enough of Martin Cummings from Elite Cruising and Tours as my travel agent. My contact with him has been over the phone and via email and text messages. He has totally looked after my needs and requirements. He came highly recommended and from my first conversation with him with the planning, bookings and finalising, pre and post trip, i was very confident I will be well cared for. There was a short period during my trip he wasn’t available, but he had a very reliable side-kick cover for him. My flights had been cancelled whilst on way to the airport, and Belinda rang me to inform me. On my advice she rebooked a hotel room for me, the transfer back to the airport for 13 hours later, and made inquiries for a refund by Qantas. I cannot fault the service he’s provided, overwhelmed at how caring and professional he is. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Martin.
