We had a townhouse. Was relatively clean. Lots of ants kept showing up / already in attendance. So anything left anywhere ended up covered food wise. Outside courtyard looked like not cleaned for weeks / months. A few biggie buts. Cobwebs on our door furniture and enough dirt to turn bare feet black. Also being a townhouse I thought maybe some cleaning stuff. But there was none. Ironing board had no cover so I had to use towel.

I cannot fault the services of this motel and the staff in particular. Huge shout out to every single staff member that I met during my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were very courteous and accommodating! I was attended trying to get back to Brisbane for cyclone Alfred and they were amazing!!! Ty ty ty

We stayed for 1 night recently in the 3 bed apartment. It was very very tired. The master was hard to navigate. There was all sorts of debris under the bed. A massive daddy long legs in the ensuite shower. Cobwebs on some of the walls the shower grout was woeful. Kitchen appliances were very old. It's clearly being renovated but that wasn't explained. The pool area was average and needed some maintenance.
That being said the room was quiet, the location good. Just not too thrilled about the price for what we got.

Nice to have a room back off the road, was quiet and peaceful. Facilities were a little odd, bin in our room hadn’t been emptied and the shower temperature sort of varied up and down during the shower. Flushing toilet from the room upstairs was loud too. But the price was good and staff were friendly.

Very good location. A large Shopping Centre is only a short walk away, which can be arrived at via a wander through a beautiful park. The room was bigger than I expected. Clean and bright. No road noise. Had everything we needed. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the onsite restaurant was spectacular. Haven't had snails in years! Nicely done. Highly recommend the restaurant as well

Stayed here 11 nights, good location, was some un-notified building works going on so was usually awoken at 8am, had to move rooms as the air conditioning fan on outside was so noisy. Clean and tidy however with rooms serviced daily

Nothing was as advertised
No breakfast or dinner available due to renovations although advertising in rooms promised both
Skips full of rubbish in full view on arrival
Rubbish bags left lying around all day & being scavenged by crows outside rooms
Bags of laundry still around rooms at 8 pm
Smoking staff around rooms
Room service emptied nearly empty bins daily, took towels & didn’t replace, found room door open on return at 10 pm one time with room reeking of cigarette smoke
Rubbish under bed
But… bed was very comfortable & clean.
Wi-fi was non existent
Car parking was an issue - with tradies needing parks
Photo is the view from the only window
Close the place, get the reno done, the rubbish cleared out so you can give what customers pay for!

While the room was fine, and the front desk help was great, it was all overshadowed by the construction work in some of the rooms. With the work starting at 7am on the dot, there was absolutely no chance of having a sleep in. Loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Also the car parking was appalling with very few available spots, the carpark was taken up by a giant skip bin and some were just taken up with the workers wheel barrows and other tools, even after they went home for the day. When you did get a spot they were so narrow I was worried my rental car would get damaged.|Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices, alas during one breakfast, they decided to do some jack hammering on the floor above the dining room, making it impossible to hear what anyone was saying.|Over all it made for this stay to be a great disappointment.
