Please don't make any deals with this company. I bought items from them via Ebay and they were very bad and there is missing wheels and damage beanch. I left negative feedback back on ebay. But he told me that Please remove the feedback and I'll send you 6 wheels. I trusted him and I did removed the feedback and after that he didn't send me the wheels and he didn't answered my messages. Also the quality is very bad

Total scam. Made us pay up front. Contacted telling us the unit we purchased and paid for was a different size. Offered us a different unit at no additional cost. Then dispatched the first incorrect unit! We rejected the delivery, now they are ask g us to pay freight to and from vic to nsw for their incorrectly delivered unit. The ‘director’ Sunny is a total disgrace. Have reported to the ACCC.

This business/company is a scam!
Description does not match item or look like the item, they use other businesses photos and sells you cheap made in India products, which are dirty and used. Missing parts, no manuals, not to mention zero replies back to emails or phone calls. No customer service whatsoever.
They are on eBay, facebook marketplace, and kogan as well, beware of the business name.

Very disappointed with the customer service. They were unreliable with delivery, non responsive to my phone calls , and generally unhelpful once money had been fully paid. They cut costs on delivery resources resulting in delays , hassle and frustration.

Bought a few items from them- no issues with the stainless steel benches or trolleys that I purchased.

I also bought the spray hose and knee basin and it turns out that they are not watermarked and they cannot be used for commercial purposes. When asked for a refund they will only do it if it’s in its original packaging but goes against the ACCC stating that it doesn’t not need to be in its original packaging unless there is a change of mind. Beware when purchasing any plumbing equipment from them. Their only response, is that they’re not a hospitality supplier but just an import company.
