My wife needed to attend a conference in Antwerp Belgium.
Karen Bennetto was asked to slot in a few days in Brussels before the conference and then flights into Catania with accommodation and car hire, followed by another flight with accommodation in Rome, all before heading back home to Australia.

While that may have been a huge task on her end, weeks before we flew out we had a conference call with her explaining the "Travel Associates app" which had every flight, hotel booking and more all in chronological order and Karen went through every step of our trip.

We have travelled overseas plenty of times and this trip was seamless and required little to no effort for us to plan out.

I would absolutely recommend you utilise their services as they were just that excellent.

Antwerp is stunning, this is inside the train station... So imagine how beautiful the rest of the city is.

I went to Karen to book my flights to USA and accommodation in Las Vegas as we were meeting friends there.Hubby and I had no idea where to go as it was out first time in USA and only for a short time. With Karen's extensive knowledge of travel around the world, she assisted us in suggesting where to fly to and where to visit and points of interest along our journey. Our journey began in SanFancisco to Yosemite,Bakersfield, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Palm Springs and L.A. What an adventure and without Karen's expertise, we wouldn't have done half of it. She always found the best travel and accommodation options and connections. We have just returned from our wishlist cruise to Antarctica. This trip was all organised through our favourite TA, Kellie Woodward. This was to be an experience of a lifetime and thanks to Kellie, the memories will remain with us forever. We saw all the things that come with an Antarctic Cruise - dolphins, penguins, whales, icebergs, glaciers - the list is endless. We have used Kel many times before and it was a no brainer to leave everything up to Kel. We decided to follow Kel’s advice and booked Premium Economy for the long haul home - a godsend and duly converted us for our future air travel. Everything Kel organised went like clockwork. We were totally blown away by the experience and can assure you the Antarctic is indeed one of the most pristine environments of the world. We had experienced snow and small glaciers during our previous travels but this cruise was the exception. Weather was reasonably kind to us and even the dreaded Drake’s Passage was extremely quiet! The experience with Azamara Cruises was also a first for us and Captain Antonio Toledo was exceptional and a truly great ambassador for Azamara. Embarkation, disembarkation and return travel went extremely smoothly.

Irene and myself, along with our travel partners, John and Norma would like to sincerely thank Kel for her professional approach and her consideration for the individual needs of all us. We have already made another booking for March 2026.
