If you need a coach then Australia Wide Charters is the place to go! I use this company to book work events monthly and they consistently go above and beyond! The booking team are so incredibly helpful and clear in communication especially Amanda! The buses are kept in immaculate condition, have friendly drivers, especially Glen who is so helpful and polite! 10/10!!!

From start to finish, our experience was truly exceptional! The communication was top-notch, the bus was impeccably clean and luxurious, and the driver was not only professional but also incredibly kind and had a delightful sense of humour. Recently used this service to travel at 6:30am Orange to Sydney, absolutely terrible. Having used this services from this company many times before, this is by far the worst encounter I have had. Not only was the driver rude, but was also an unsafe one. Having no respect for road rules or pedestrians. Having a number of near misses on the single trip. Felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable the whole trip.

Caught the coach from SYD> Bathurst on 9 October. We were at the end of 3 months travelling (and starting to loose our minds with the logistics of travel by this stage!). Booked a coach and had such a nice experience. Our bus driver was SO nice, and really went the extra mile for all those on board. I misread the departure time on my ticket, and although was technically "late" we got lost at central finding the right bay! Anyway - our driver was very helpful and called to make sure we didn't miss our transfer. GREATLY appreciated. He was kind to all the passengers and did a nice voice over on the housekeeping aspects of the trip and bus. Thank you!

Have heard of terrible experiences dealing with customers in times of extreme extenuating circumstances. After a customer found themselves in hospital after an emergency and were unable to use the service they didn’t refund or offer a credit, after initially agreeing to do so. In such a tough economic climate this feels completely unaustralian, especially for a business called ‘Australia wide’. I really hope they can see the error of their ways and can make this right. As Australians we need to band together and help each other. Let’s hope they’re better next time.

Just purchased these tickets in order to go to my grandmothers funeral to which I found myself hospitalised and unable to attend. I then rang up and gave 3 hours notice that I wouldn’t be able to travel to which they said that no matter the circumstances they cannot allow a refund unless it was 24 hours notice. I then rang them up and gave 4 days notice for the return trip to which they quickly refuted and said to purchase their more expensive variant of the ticket so that this wouldn’t happen in the future and disregarded the fact that I gave more than 24 hours notice and that I was in extenuating circumstances to which I find this very unprofessional especially since with being a student where I find that my funds are limited. I will be taking this up with the ombudsman for ‘Australia Wide Coaches’ and I hope that they can do the honourable thing. I would also warn future customers of this service as they do not take the customers extenuating circumstances into account.

An absolutely fabulous service. We appreciated the efficient and clear communication in the lead up to our booking. The driver on the day, Peter, was fantastic - he arrived exactly on time and happily accommodated a last-minute change in pick-up location. Extremely reliable - will definitely use again and highly recommend!
