Irene took us to the blue mountains, and Sydney zoo. She was a wonderful and fun tour guide and had a lot of stories to share about the history of the place. She truly made us feel at home in this new city. We loved spending the day with her. Given the option I would recommend asking for Irene as your guide

Great trip, giving us time at Sydney Zoo en route to the Blue Mountains. Our driver was informative and gave us a clear itinerary for the day. As much as I enjoyed the ferry trip from Olympic Park back to Sydney, I do think it should have been part of the tour, rather than at our own cost, as tours should start and stop at the same point.

It was a great experience to explore the nature beauty of blue mountain. I had a chance to feed the kangaroos & took picture with Koalas from Sydney zoo. The scenic world with 3 rides so amazing and fun.

Agency is reliable. We took a Great ocean road trip through them. The bus was driven by Sightseeing Australia bus and it was organised well. We called them early morning at 7 and the phone operator immediately put us at ease and guided us properly. Thanks for a great trip. Will book again.

This was a good tour for the price. The first stop at the animal farm was enjoyable, however, the second stop at the koala conservation centre was unnecessary. We had already seen a koala at the farm and and it cut into our time at the Penguin centre at the end of the day. By the time we got to the penguin centre and waited in line to get something to eat it was a very rushed then we only had an hour to see the penguins and head back to the coach. The coach was very comfortable and the driver was very pleasant and informative.

Sydney tour guide Bryan Williams with OBNOXIOUS attitude.
The tour was fun but this is purely due to the interesting attraction sites.
The tour guide is just a nightmare on another level. If only I could give this a ZERO star. Bryan is absolutely ridiculously, how could they just let such untrained tour guide that has ZERO customer service skills to work such position? Not only he was rude during the trip, he also sent me very unprofessional and rude emails. I wish I could ask for a refund.

Some passengers were rather selfish and chose not to follow the time limit set for each stops. It would be good to put in some more strict rules to avoid setting back all the other passengers. Other than that, it was quite enjoyable, maybe a bit of a rush but nice stories shared by the driver and definitely a beautiful scenery!
