Disappointing Experience with World Connect Travels

I recently booked a trip from Melbourne to Istanbul with Niamat, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Despite their promises, they failed to deliver on several aspects of my trip.

The communication was poor, and I had to constantly follow up with them to get updates on my itinerary. The documentation was also inaccurate, which caused some issues during my travels. They basically ignore you once they get your money.

The accommodations they booked for me were not as advertised, and I was charged for airport pick up/drop off but I had to pay again as Niamat basically scammed me for charging but not booking. I ended up having to make last-minute changes to my plans, which added extra stress and expenses to my trip.

Overall, I was expecting a hassle-free experience from World Connect Travel Agency, but what I got was a series of disappointments. I would think twice before booking with them again and would caution others to do the same.
